Eight remote schools across Kenya and Tanzania have no electricity. Students study by candlelight. Teachers cannot use computers. Evening classes are impossible. Solar For Schools will install complete solar systems at each school: - 48 solar panels (6 per school) with battery storage - LED lighting for every classroom - Computer labs with 5 laptops per school (40 total) - Charging stations for the community (generating micro-income for schools) - Technical training for local staff to maintain the systems Solar power will extend the school day, enable digital learning, and create a sustainable revenue stream. We have already completed 3 schools — help us finish the remaining 5.
This cause is so important. Happy to help!
Keep up the amazing work!
Shared with all my friends. Let's make this happen!
My family and I are proud to support this.

Two more schools are lit up! Students at Mkuru Primary in Tanzania had their first-ever computer class last week. The headmaster told us: 'Our students can finally see a future beyond this village.' Three schools remain — your continued support makes this possible.
